Mass with class

Watercool calls the MO-RA IV the ultimate solution for cooling-intensive systems such as overclocked gaming computers, workstations or servers that are in use around the clock. In its words, this monster radiator, with its modular design and versatile expansion options, sets new standards in terms of cooling performance and workmanship quality. The MO-RA IV 200 brings that design to small systems in a compact housing.

Optimized fins and 5 bar stable

For improved performance, Watercool adapted the fin geometry to the current generation of fans. Across the entire speed range, the corrugated fins ensure optimized airflow, and they add more mechanical stability. Since there is no substitute for surface area, this radiator puts 1.7 square meters of aluminum to work.

Inside, a raised pre-chamber ensures better pressure distribution. Water runs through 4 parallel rows of pipes, a total of 80 pipes with a total pipe length of 21 m. The connection terminal is made of solid brass and is now firmly soldered to the pipe geometry. That gives increased mechanical load capacity at the terminal and pressure stability of up to 5 bar, and all MO-RA IV radiators are pressure tested before delivery.

Modular and expandable

Thanks to its modular design, the MO-RA IV can be expanded and adapted extensively. If you have no room for the optionally available STAND, it can be easily mounted on a wall using the WALL MOUNT. A flow-optimized MO-RA TANK with one or more pumps can also be installed in just a few steps. Depending on requirements, you can put together an external cooling station of the highest class, with the highest quality workmanship of course. The add-ons are collected under MO-RA IV accessories.

User-friendly with lots of comfort

Watercool says years of experience and a lot of customer feedback inspired it to integrate some convenience features. The newly designed FAN FRAME can now be easily installed without screws via Quick Mount, and a spare fan frame is sold on its own. The same applies to the FAN GRILL: click it in and you're done. A specially developed ball mechanism makes this possible: it allows the fan frame or fan grille to snap into place and keep it stable.

Passive, Active, aRGB

Watercool sees the optionally available Passive and Active Control extension for the MO-RA IV as the ideal solution. With the passive extension module, the radiator, including the fans and pumps, can be easily controlled using the mainboard.

The active version is supported by a microcontroller and offers even more options. With it, the MO-RA IV can be controlled completely independently and has a wide range of options. In addition to an alarm function, you can integrate the WATERCOOL FLOW, check the fill level or read digital temperature sensors. The Active Control can be controlled via software or the optionally available display.

Both Passive and Active Control also offer the possibility to individualize the MO-RA IV with aRGB, using the Ambient Light aRGB strip under the housing or the Front Logo aRGB.

Cable management for invisible cables

The integrated fan frame now also includes a fan splitter suitable for the installed fans, so all fan cables can be laid blind and invisibly. On the back, a 4-pin male to male cable can be run through the MO-RA IV and connected to the computer.

Notes

  • Screws used on the radiator may not penetrate deeper than 8 mm into the heat exchanger, since longer screws might damage the pipes.
  • Production can leave contamination in the radiator, so Watercool recommends rinsing it with clear water before first use.
  • Watercool recommends demineralized or deionized (distilled) water with a suitable corrosion inhibitor as coolant, or Heatkiller Fluid as a ready-mixed coolant.
  • The Noctua NF-A20 is mounted with short M4x10 mm screws.

In the box

  • 1x MO-RA IV 200
  • Mounting screws for fan mounting
  • Fan frame 200 including fan splitter

Watercool's assembly instructions cover the whole MO-RA IV series: the fan frame, fan mounting, stands, fan grill, wall mount, the LED add-ons, the HEATKILLER Tube adapter, hole spacing and dimensions.
