We are sorry, but we cannot refund the shipping charges for weather related delays.
ModMyMods does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals on packages shipped to rural areas.
ModMyMods does not take responsibility for delayed arrivals due to closed or delayed airport activity.
ModMyMods sometimes ships signature required based on the value of the order, shipping method and location of resident or business.
ModMyMods is not responsible if a package does not arrive at the scheduled delivery date as a result of customer not being at the shipping location to sign for the package.
ModMyMods is not responsible for delivery delays due to customs processing and transit.
Our product description pages show the weight of each product. This "weight" is used by us to calculate the shipping charge and may not be the actual weight of the item; we set weights so that we have fair shipping charges, which include packing materials and boxes. We will make every effort to be fair and accurate with our shipping charges.

ModMyMods.com does not reveal any credit card or personal information and your credit card information is not stored after submission to our payment gateway provider.
When a customer's sensitive information is submitted to the website in placing an order, their information is protected both online and off-line. Our order system has numerous checks and balances designed to stop and prevent fraudulent orders from passing through so we ask customers ordering through our website to please make sure to have your credit card has both your shipping and billing addresses listed on file!
Here at ModMyMods.com, We understand that matching shipping and billing addresses isn't always possible or convenient; if exceptions need to be made, you will need to provide the toll-free number to the Cardholder's Services from the back of your credit card, to verify the billing address, your full name, and the last four digits of your social security number for security purposes.
Please read our Domestic and International Shipping Policies. We take fraud very seriously and we will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. Our system is designed to flag even the most remotely suspicious orders.
All of our users' information is classified and restricted.
ModMyMods’ warehouse is a secured and locked facility. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.
In addition, our employees are required to lock their respective workstations when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access.
All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added; our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected.

Ordering
Cancellation Policy:
ModMyMods' reserves the right to assess up to a 15% Cancellation Fee for any canceled orders, unless a store credit is desired. We ask that you make sure when placing your order that you have educated yourself on the products and their advertised fulfillment times and realize before you finalize your order that changes or cancelations may result in fees. You must contact us with a cancellation request by 5:00PM EST. If your order has been placed after normal operating hours, contact us as soon as possible the following business day. If your order has already been shipped; the customer is responsible for returning the undesired items as per ModMyMods Return Policy. For orders that have missed their advertised fulfillment timeframe and cancellation has been requested, No Cancellation Fee will apply.
If a shipped order is refused or returned undeliverable, there will be up to a 15% Restocking Fee, a $15.00 Service Fee, and no refund of shipping charges.
Custom Items:
We at ModMyMods take great pride in providing the best possible modding experience. Certain custom cases or projects may take more time to complete than others, including powder-coating, liquid cooling installation, and custom side panel window installation. Returns & Replacements
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged package or product, you must notify us within 7 business days by phone to get RMA.
Sending back damaged merchandise without an RMA voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for five days with original packaging for UPS inspection. There is an average of two week waiting time for replacement of damaged goods based upon availability of product.
Return Policy:
Products returned must be received within 14 days of invoice date and up to a 15% Restocking Fee will apply to refunds.
ModMyMods will not assess a Restocking Fee for defective products or items returned for store credit.
A qualified ModMyMods technician will examine each returned product for defects and altering before issuing your credit.
Custom or customized products, cases, chassis, desks and test benches are returnable for repair or replacement only in the event of defect. Items cut to a specified length or manufactured to custom chosen specifications are considered custom items. This includes anything cut off a spool (tubing, wire, etc.)
All returned items must be in new condition with all related parts including screws, manuals, etc. If you have lost, thrown away, scratched or opened sealed boxes or bags - we will not accept the return! The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to ModMyMods including any shipping charges. Customer agrees to use only reputable carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment.
Returns will not be accepted without a copy of the receipt/order number and a note detailing the problem within the package.
Liquid Cooling Returns:
Due to the often delicate nature of liquid cooling items, we can only offer repair or replacement for the same item in the event of a manufacturing defect. We do not accept opened item returns on these products, so please make sure to check compatibility and measurements before purchasing. All sales of liquid cooling components are final once the item has been opened or the original packaging altered/damaged/discarded; all factory seals are required to be intact on external and internal packaging. We offer measurements on most product pages to assist in purchasing the correct products for your needs. We specifically do this for radiators so that there is never a need for you to remove them from the package to see if they will fit. The majority of liquid cooling items are made with materials extremely prone to tarnishing and scratching and we need to ensure to each customer that they are receiving new, untouched products as we do not sell any used or open box items on our site. Cooling fluids and liquids are not permitted back due to the nature of the products and their fragility during shipping. Customized products such as reservoirs with pumps installed are considered a custom item and cannot be returned. Unopened, still-sealed liquid cooling products are subject to inspection and up to a 15% restocking fee. All returns on liquid cooling products must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shortages/Wrong Items:
If your package is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, you must contact ModMyMods within 7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to report any shortages or mistakes. Please open and inspect your delivery immediately after you receive it, any notifications of shortages/incorrect items after 5 business days will NOT be honored. Please make sure to remove all packing material, look for small items taped to larger ones and look under the bottom box flaps before you contact. In the event that you are sent an incorrect item in your order, ModMyMods may in some instances provide a prepaid return shipping label to get the product back to us and ensure that the correct product is sent as soon as possible.
