SLI/Crossfire Fittings
Connecting two graphics card blocks means bridging a gap that is fixed by the slot spacing of the motherboard, and that gap is never exactly what a plain fitting gives you. These fittings adjust.
Barrow makes adjustable SLI and Crossfire connectors in ranges: 16 to 22mm, 20 to 23mm, 22 to 31mm and 41 to 69mm, in black and silver, plus male to male extensions at 15mm, 20mm and 25mm with micro adjustment.
Alphacool ES D-Plug resizable fittings cover 20mm, 25.5mm, 31.5mm and a 41 to 69mm range in chrome and deep black. Phobya supplies variable 1 slot and 2 slot VID connection fittings.
Measure the center to center distance between the two block ports with both cards seated, not from the specification. Slot spacing varies by board, and a connector at the end of its adjustment range is a connector under permanent side load.
