This Alphacool ES D-Plug is a plug-in adapter featuring two G1/4 male threads, variable in length from 41 to 69 mm, in Deep Black, one fitting per pack. It comes from Alphacool's ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS series and is used to easily connect components such as GPU or CPU coolers and radiators within a water circuit.

Plugged in, not screwed in
Unlike conventional double nipples or adapters, the two halves of this connector are plugged in rather than screwed in. On the male side sit two closely spaced O-rings, which ensure the necessary stability and tightness. Alphacool says extensive tests in the Alphacool laboratory confirm reliable sealing up to a pressure of 1.5 bar.
Variable length
The fitting allows water cooling components to be connected quickly, and the plug-in connection enables particularly simple installation or rapid replacement. The 41-69 mm model offers a variable length. It can be continuously extended, allowing for a flexible extension of up to 28 mm from its shortest setting. That compensates for inaccuracies in the system design, even in tight installation situations.
Version and O-rings
This is the 41-69 mm version, available in what Alphacool calls elegant Deep Black. Included are replacement O-rings in three different colors: red, green and yellow. According to Alphacool they not only provide functionality but also add visual accents to the system.
What a run needs
Each end screws into a G1/4 port, so the fitting joins two components directly, with no tube between them. Fixed-length pieces are in our male to male extension fittings section.

Instructions for use
- For a secure seal, both O-rings of the male component must be fully seated in the female component.
- That maximum pressure of 1.5 bar can only be guaranteed if the plugs are used on permanently mounted components.
