How the DIY block works
This block can cool the converters on motherboards for which no specially adapted cooler is available, and other locations are also conceivable. The base plate must be brought to the individual dimensions and provided with mounting holes; it has a basic size of 130 x 15 x 2 mm. The version with a black POM top part is the HEATKILLER SW-X 80 DIY LT.
A thermal conductive agent is recommended and not included in the scope of delivery: see our thermal range. The two connections are used with two fittings.

Notes
- The whole block is copper and conducts electricity: place it as a test first, and insulate coils or capacitors in narrow spots, ideally with plastic wrap.
- Tighten the screws and nuts only slightly; a few turns are enough.
- There is no defined inlet or outlet, so the flow direction does not matter.
