When no matched block is on offer

This is a universal cooler for the voltage regulators of a graphics card. It lets you water-cool those modules on suitable cards even if no matching water block is available, and other applications are also possible. Watercool names it as compatible with its HEATKILLER GPU-X³ Core series.

The bottom plate arrives uncut. Before installation it must be cut to the required dimensions, and suitable mounting holes cut into it, so the block fits your own graphics card.

What you need to mount it

Screws and nuts for mounting are included. A thermal interface (thermal compound) between the modules and the plate is recommended, and it is not included. The two M5 threads take two fittings with an M5 thread. Watercool also makes the HEATKILLER microSW-X 40 DIY.
