Details
The Aquacomputer RGBpx LED Ring for ULTITUBE reservoirs - 13 addressable LEDs (34115) is an RGBpx compatible lighting ring for ULTITUBE reservoirs. It carries 13 individually addressable LEDs and needs an Aqua Computer control unit with RGBpx output, which is not included in the scope of delivery.
Properties
- For
- ULTITUBE reservoirs (glass tube)
- LEDs
- 13, individually controllable
- Inside diameter
- 65 mm
- Material
- Black rubber insert in a transparent silicone ring
How it fits
The LEDs are mounted on a black rubber insert, and that insert sits in a transparent silicone ring. The ring can be pushed onto the glass tubes of the ULTITUBE expansion tank series, for example the ULTITUBE D5 100 reservoir. Aquacomputer's technical specifications give the ring an inside diameter of 65 mm.
What you need to connect it
To operate the LED strip in the ring, an Aqua Computer device with RGBpx output is required; the compatible ones are listed below. The 50 cm RGBpx cable for that connection comes in the box. At the end of the strip there is a connector for connecting another RGBpx component consecutively, and further leads are in our addressable RGB cables section. For aqualis 100 and 150 reservoirs Aquacomputer makes the RGBpx LED ring with 10 LEDs (53276).
Compatibility
Aquacomputer lists the LED ring as compatible with these devices:
- D5 NEXT (41118)
- QUADRO fan controller (item code 53256)
