Y-Fittings
A Y-fitting splits one run into two at the fitting itself, without a separate block. It is the compact way to add a drain or a fill line where there is not room for a full T-piece and its plugs.
All Alphacool: revolvable Y-connectors in black and chrome, and Eiszapfen 45 degree rotatable Y-connectors with G1/4 outer thread. The rotatable versions matter here, because a Y almost always needs its branch aimed somewhere specific after the fitting is torqued down.
The 45 degree version is the one to reach for when the branch has to leave at an angle rather than square. Straight T-pieces are in 3-way splitters.
