Female to Female Extension Fittings
Female to female extensions join two male G1/4 ports, which comes up more often than people expect: two male-ended adapters that need to meet, or a block terminal and a fitting that both present a thread.

Check the length you need against the gap you are closing. These are fixed sizes, and stacking two to reach is both ugly and one more joint that can weep.
