The Alphacool G1/4 Eiszapfen 2-Way Ball Valve Fitting - Deep Black is a shutoff valve with a G1/4 inner thread on both sides and a 10 mm inner diameter, one valve per pack. All 1/4" connections with a maximum thread length of 6 mm can be screwed in on both sides.

Flow through the valve
Ball valves have always been a flow brake, a restriction making life difficult for each pump. Alphacool has then developed this one so that it represents no obstacle up to a diameter of 10 mm, and marks that inner diameter as high flow. The inside scoop, the ball, closes absolutely tight, thus preventing any further escape of liquid. Alphacool calls its Eiszapfen series future-oriented and says it is characterized by excellent workmanship.
What the loop needs
The valve has no outer thread of its own. Each side takes a fitting or adapter with a G1/4 outer thread no longer than 6 mm, from our fittings section. It is available in two different color versions: this Deep Black one and Chrome.
Notes
- Use only clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses, which can void the manufacturer's warranty.
