Alphacool Eiszapfen Stop Plug G1/4 - Deep Black- 6 Pack (17622)

The Alphacool Eiszapfen Stop Plug G1/4 - Deep Black- 6 Pack is a set of six brass screw plugs with a G1/4 thread, in black, for closing open ports in a water cooling loop. Alphacool says the screw plug fits in all G1/4 openings.

Model: Screw Plug

The screw thread is kept short, so it presents no danger of being screwed in too far. Its height without the thread is 4.5 mm, out of a total height of 9.5 mm. The data sheet adds that it closes all openings of this size reliably and aesthetically.

The Eiszapfen series

Alphacool calls its Eiszapfen Connector Series the high-end execution of these tried-and-true connectors. In its words, every requirement you could have of a connector is met with this series: highflow, form, processing and color. It credits a refusal to compromise in development and production with having made the series into what it is. Components are available in brilliant chrome or a deep, matte black, which Alphacool says will fit excellently into any system.

A special procedure binds the outer coating firmly to the surface. Alphacool says this is improving the longevity of the intense color and preventing any chipping or peeling of the coating. Every connector now has the Alphacool logo, which along with their distinctive shape makes them unmistakable, the maker says.
