Alphacool G1/4 Eiszapfen 2-Way Ball Valve Fitting - Chrome (17141)

The Alphacool G1/4 Eiszapfen 2-Way Ball Valve Fitting - Chrome is a shut-off valve with a G1/4 thread on both sides and an inner diameter of 10 mm, one valve per pack. Each side takes any 1/4" connection with a maximum thread length of 6 mm.

High flow

Alphacool calls its Eiszapfen series future-oriented and says it is characterized by excellent workmanship and high flow. By its account ball valves have always been a flow brake, a restriction making life difficult for each pump. Alphacool then developed a ball valve that represents no obstacle up to a diameter of 10 mm.

How it closes

The ball inside closes absolutely tight, thus preventing further escape of liquid.

What the loop needs

The valve has no tube connection of its own. On both sides all 1/4" connections can be screwed in, so it takes two parts from our fittings section, each with a thread no longer than the 6 mm above. This ball valve is available in two different color versions: Chrome and Deep Black.

Notes

• Use only clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses, which can void the manufacturer's warranty.
