The Alphacool Eiszapfen G1/4 Male To Male Rotatable Adapter Fitting - Black is a rotatable double nipple for water cooling loops with a G1/4 male thread on both sides, one fitting per pack. It can be used to connect two sleeves with G1/4 female threads, for example.

The Eiszapfen series
Alphacool calls its Eiszapfen connector series the high-end version of the proven connections. By its account all requirements that are placed on a connection are fulfilled here: High Flow, form, processing and coloring. It says intransigence in development and production have helped make the icicles, as it calls the series, what they are. Two versions are available, in brilliant Chrome and in matte, deep black, which Alphacool says fit perfectly into any system. With a special process, the coatings are firmly connected to the ground underneath. Hence, Alphacool says, ensuring permanent intense colors is possible and peeling of the coating is inhibited. Each connection now has the Alphacool logo, making it unique in addition to its special shape.
For those who like it colorful, Alphacool's series text says it has three different colored O-Rings included. Under existing UV lighting, it says, each of these even lights up in the appropriate color.
What the loop needs
Each side screws into one G1/4 port, so the adapter joins two parts with female threads directly. Fixed ones are in our male to male extension fittings section.

Notes
- Use only clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses, which can void the manufacturer's warranty.
