The Alphacool ES Quick Release Coupling Set IT/IT - Bulkhead Fitting PushIn Industry is a nylon quick disconnect set with a G1/4 internal thread on each half, one set per pack. This set is designed for permanent mounting on a PC or server case and works like a bulkhead fitting. It enables quick connection or disconnection of externally connected radiators or cooling systems.

Mounting

The quick-release coupling set is mounted in two openings in the casing, each with a diameter of 18 mm (see mounting example). The male and female connectors go through the round openings with the threaded side first and are then screwed tight with the enclosed lock nuts. On the inside of the case the water circuit is then connected via the two G1/4 internal threads. By using additional quick-release fasteners, external radiators or cooling systems can now be easily connected to the water cooling in the housing.

Accessories

The set comes with a locking ring, which is inserted into the opening mechanism and prevents accidental disconnection of the coupling. An opening aid is also included, and it makes the two halves easier to disconnect in tight systems.

What a run needs

Each internal thread takes one fitting with a G1/4 OT (male) thread for the tube inside the case, two in all. Whatever sits outside the case needs its own halves, from the kits above or from our quick disconnect fittings section.
