The Alphacool Eiszapfen Quick Release Connector Kit G1/4 Outer Thread - Chrome is a quick disconnect coupling with a G1/4 outer thread on both ends. One kit holds the two halves of one coupling, a male and a female connector.

How much water comes out
Thanks to an ingenious locking and sealing system, the loss of water when opening the quick release fastener is minimal: only a tiny drop escapes. Alphacool names the technology behind it N.D.S.L (no drip, no splash, no leak).
How it opens and closes
The closure is released simply by pulling the connecting ring. In doing so, the counterpart will automatically spring out of the fastener. To connect the two pieces, push them together. Alphacool calls this action very easy and carefree.

What a run needs
Each half screws into a G1/4 port or a fitting with a G1/4 inner thread. Other halves and kits are under quick disconnect fittings.
