A D5 pump and pump top bundle with four G1/4 threads. This bundle, the Watercool WCP D5-VARIO with HEATKILLER® D5-TOP, includes the WCP-D5-VARIO pump and the POM (acetal) D5-TOP with its stainless steel mounting plate, at a special price. The fittings are not included.

Pump and top in one order
Watercool sells the two as one bundle. The WCP D5-VARIO is a D5 pump with speed control by potentiometer; its own page has the pump's data. The HEATKILLER® D5-TOP replaces a standard D5 top and suits LAING D5 pumps and identically constructed pumps.
Four G1/4 threads
The D5-TOP has four G1/4 threads for easy integration into the cooling loop. Inlets (IN) and outlets (OUT) can be interchanged, and the pair "IN1" and "OUT1" gives the best performance. The connections shown in Watercool's pictures are not in the scope of delivery, so plan on two fittings for your tube.
Mounting in the case
The stainless steel mounting plate fixes the pump in the top. It also works as a supporting base, the foot, on the two central M4 threads at the side of the top, in two orientations. Without the foot, the top mounts directly into or onto the PC case through the M4 threads on its bottom. A decoupling component to absorb vibrations is available separately.

Notes
- Only the O-ring of the top (55 x 3 mm) may be used; check that it sits correctly before you insert the pump.
- The pump may not be operated upside down; all other mounting positions are permitted.
- Watercool recommends distilled (demineralized or deionized) water as coolant.
