Who it is for
Watercool sees the MO-RA IV as the ultimate solution for cooling-intensive systems. It names overclocked gaming computers, workstations, and servers that are in use around the clock. Watercool also says this monster radiator, through its modular design and versatile expansion options, sets new standards in terms of cooling performance and workmanship quality. Watercool makes the 600 in black or white powder coat; this one is the white.
Optimized fins, 120 pipes, 5 bar stable
Watercool adapted the fin geometry to the current generation of fans for improved performance. The fins are corrugated, which ensures optimized airflow across the entire speed range along with more mechanical stability. Since there is no substitute for surface area, the MO-RA IV 600 puts 7.1 square meters of aluminum to work.
A raised pre-chamber is there to ensure better pressure distribution. Behind it, 4 parallel rows of pipes are used: a total of 120 pipes, with a total pipe length of 81 m. The connection terminal is solid brass, and it is now firmly soldered to the pipe geometry. The result is an increased mechanical load capacity at the terminal and pressure stability of up to 5 bar. Watercool pressure tests all MO-RA IV radiators before delivery.
Modular and expandable
Thanks to the modular design, the radiator can be expanded and adapted extensively. It stands on the optionally available STAND. It can also be easily mounted on a wall with the WALL MOUNT for the 600 (stocked in black), where washers fitted on the radiator side anchor it in the bracket. In just a few steps you can also add a flow-optimized MO-RA TANK with one or more pumps. Depending on requirements, an external cooling station of the highest class can be put together, and Watercool adds that it comes, of course, with the highest quality workmanship. Stands, tanks and the controls are found under MO-RA IV accessories. A HEATKILLER Tube adapter also clicks a HEATKILLER Tube onto four pins screwed to the back of the housing.
User-friendly with lots of comfort
According to Watercool, years of experience and a lot of customer feedback have inspired it to integrate some convenience features. The newly designed fan frame now goes on without screws via Quick Mount, and it comes off without tools for maintenance. The same applies to the fan grill: click it in and you're done. This is made possible by a specially developed ball mechanism, which allows the fan frame or fan grill to snap into place and keep it stable. The grill sits on EasyMount pins, which replace the stock screws, and an audible click confirms the lock. Its cutout can face the front or the back. On the 600 the fan frame also has a quick lock feature. Locking the fan frame permanently is not necessary, but it is possible as an option.
Passive, Active, aRGB
For control, Watercool calls the optionally available Passive and Active Control extension for the MO-RA IV the ideal solution. With the passive extension module, the radiator, including the fans and pumps, is easily controlled using the mainboard.
The active version, supported by a microcontroller, offers even more options. With it, the MO-RA IV can be controlled completely independently and has a wide range of settings. In addition to an alarm function, it can integrate the WATERCOOL FLOW, check the fill level and read digital temperature sensors. The Active Control itself is controlled via software or the optionally available display.
Both Passive and Active Control also offer the possibility to individualize the radiator with aRGB. The Ambient Light aRGB strip is fixed to the bottom part of the housing with its adhesive tape, and the Front Logo aRGB board is held magnetically between the pipe bends.
Cable management for invisible cables
The integrated fan frame now also includes a fan splitter suitable for the installed fans. That way all fan cables can be laid blind and invisibly. One 4-pin male to male cable can then be run through the MO-RA IV on the back and connected to the computer.
Fans and fittings
The stock frame carries nine 200 mm fans, Watercool's 9 x 200 mm format; for the Noctua NF-A20 Watercool specifies short M4x10 screws. Fans with a standard 25 mm frame height mount with M3x30 screws. The loop connects through two G1/4 threads, so pick two fittings for your tube from the ones we stock.

Notes
- Production can leave contamination in the radiator, so Watercool recommends rinsing it with clear water before first use.
- Screws used on the radiator may not reach deeper than 8 mm into the heat exchanger, as longer screws might damage the pipes.
- As coolant Watercool recommends demineralized or deionized (distilled) water with a suitable corrosion inhibitor, or a ready-mixed fluid such as Heatkiller Fluid, Innovatek Protect or Aquacomputer Double Protect.
