Part of the HEATKILLER Multitop series
Watercool says its new HEATKILLER® Multitop series for DDC pumps is characterized by a unique construction and expandability. The SINGLETOP is the one-pump member of it, the X1 in Watercool's naming. It is manufactured from a solid acetal block 30mm thick, which in Watercool's words convinces with an outstanding quality of workmanship.
Flow paths and mounting
The internal channel structure has been optimized for delivery head and flow capacity. A complex manufacturing process allows Watercool to mill the positioning attachments from one block. This results in less vibration at the transition to the pump, which therefore also contributes to quieter operation, and it greatly simplifies installation.
What the loop needs
The top takes one DDC pump, which is not included. If a standard pump top is in use, remove it first; only the pump motor carries over. Two G1/4 ports take two fittings. The optional HEATKILLER Multitop DDC Decoupling-Kit (31019) is easy to install and reduces vibrations. Planning to run two or three pumps later? The Singletop does not grow; a Multitop X2 or X3 does, with the Multi Expansion-Top DDC.

Notes
- Only the original O-ring of the Laing DDC pump may be used; check that it sits properly before you fix the pump with the supplied screws.
- Watercool recommends demineralized or deionized (distilled) water with a corrosion inhibitor as coolant.
