Details
Thermal Grizzly's KryoSheet graphene thermal pad, pre-cut to 68 x 51 mm and 0.2 mm thick. Thermal Grizzly lists this size for AMD CPUs (Ryzen Threadripper 1000, 2000 and 3000, Threadripper (Pro) 5000, 7000 and 9000, EPYC 7000 and 8000). For Intel CPUs it lists Xeon Socket 4677, 4189 and 3647. For AMD EPYC 9000 it lists the 75 x 72 mm pad.

A pad in place of paste
The graphene thermal pads of the KryoSheet series can be used as an alternative to thermal compounds from the higher performance segment, an excellent one in Thermal Grizzly's words. They are similar to Thermal Grizzly's Carbonaut pads: both have a conformable surface with very high thermal conductivity. KryoSheet is the high-end product of the two, and compared to Carbonaut it offers significantly higher thermal conductivity. This increased conductivity is due not only to the choice of material but also to the innovative manufacturing process.
The pad does not contain any liquid components. It is therefore not subject to normal aging, as is the case with traditional thermal paste, and drying out is not possible. Thermal Grizzly's short list of its strengths: outstanding thermal conductivity, easy to use, consistently high performance and extreme durability. The pad below it in Thermal Grizzly's range is Carbonaut, which we stock in the same 51 x 68 mm size.
Graphene stacked in the Z-direction
The graphene pads have a molecular structure stacked in the Z-direction, and this optimized structure enables outstanding and constant thermal conductivity. It comes from a specially developed manufacturing process. The hexagonal crystal structure of the graphite is broken up along the basal plane in order to exploit the anisotropy of the graphite's thermal conductivity. However, this complex process has a side effect. The electrical conductivity is also increased and the stability of the pads is affected, so that the pads should only be used according to instructions.
Fit and product-specific notes
Attention: the pad is electrically conductive and should not be in contact with electrical components. Follow the instructions! Thermal Grizzly's Shield protective coating protects against short circuits.
Buy a size minimally larger than the area to be covered. Clean the contact surfaces, position the pad on the CPU or GPU chip, then mount the cooler.
Note: multiple use of the pad is not recommended! When dismantling the cooler and handling the pad after use, microcracks may occur in the structure of the graphene, which may impair performance.
Between a CPU die and a High Performance Heatspreader (HPHS), insufficient mounting pressure may reduce the heat a thermal sheet dissipates. For Direct-Die coolers and the HPHS, Thermal Grizzly explicitly recommends liquid metal instead.

The pad is available pre-assembled in various standard CPU/GPU sizes. Besides the two above, Thermal Grizzly's compatibility list covers these, e.g.:
