The LYNK+ RTX 5090 Upgrade Kit Cooler is a factory-filled, full-cover GPU cooler module for supported NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 graphics cards from Inno3D, MSI, PNY, Palit, Gainward and Zotac. Its copper cold plate with fine cooling fins takes heat from the GPU die, the VRAM and the VRM power components, under a silver aluminum cover with 3D ARGB strips. The cooler is one part of a system: it needs the LYNK+ Plate Kit that matches your card's PCB and a LYNK+ radiator module such as the Core Radiator Module 360.

What you need for a complete system
The cooler module always needs a fitting plate kit, and the plate kit depends on the PCB design of your card. LYNK+ makes three for the RTX 5090:
- Plate Kit Reference Design (135950) for the listed Inno3D, MSI and PNY cards
- Plate Kit Zotac (135955) for the listed Zotac cards
- 5090 Plate Kit Palit (135954) for the listed Palit and Gainward cards
Add a LYNK+ radiator module, such as the Core Radiator Module 360 with its integrated pump, and a thermal paste of your choice for the GPU die. Thermal pads are in the box; thermal paste is not.

LYNK+ takes great care with its compatibility list but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors, because card makers sometimes update a PCB or use different components. Check the exact model and PCB revision of your card against LYNK+'s GPU and Plate Kit compatibility list before ordering, and contact us if you want us to verify compatibility with your GPU.
Full-cover cold plate
The LYNK+ full-cover cold plate transfers heat from the GPU, the VRAM and the power-delivery components rather than cooling only the GPU core. A copper insert with micro-fins sits over the GPU die. LYNK+ says this reduces temperatures and fan noise during demanding gaming, rendering and editing workloads.
Slim two-slot design
The module is two slots high, and LYNK+ says its length and thickness fit within NVIDIA's SFF-Ready dimensional limits, so it suits compact builds as well as display-focused systems. Check case clearance for the power cables, the tubing and the radiator. The integrated air reservoir in the cooler module lets the GPU be mounted horizontally or vertically, and the radiator can sit in any orientation, even with its pump at the highest point of the loop.
Modular AIO liquid cooling
LYNK+ is a modular all-in-one liquid cooling system for graphics cards. Pre-filled GPU cooler and radiator modules combine into one liquid cooling system without the work of building, filling and maintaining a traditional custom loop. The radiator module can be kept when you change graphics cards: only the cooler module and its plate kit are swapped for the new card.
Drip-free Quick Connect
The modules join with one screw. LYNK+ says its patented, self-sealing Quick Connect lets modules be connected without draining or refilling the system, and it stays watertight through the whole coupling process. Electrical contacts in the Quick Connect carry the pump and fan PWM and RPM signals along wires that run beside the tubing, so no cable runs between the radiator and the graphics card.
Factory-filled and ready to install
Every module arrives filled and sealed. No coolant bottle, filling equipment, bleeding process or initial leak test is needed: mount, connect and complete the standard PC connections. LYNK+ designed the system for more than five years of operation without routine draining, refilling or coolant maintenance, using a sealed architecture with low-diffusion tubing, integrated air storage, pressure-tested connections and a pump it tested for over 50,000 hours.
Connections
Plug the cooler's 3-pin D-RGB LED connector into a D-RGB header on your motherboard and its 4-pin fan connector into a fan header. LYNK+ recommends controlling the radiator fans and pump by GPU temperature; the manual explains how with the Fan Control software or ASUS FanXpert. Make sure the fan header is set to PWM mode.

Notes
- The thermal pads are softer and more malleable than usual because of their high thermal conductivity. Do not overstretch them during installation.
- On Zotac cards the inductors do not need extra cooling, so LYNK+ says the two thermal pads for them can be left out.
