The Aquacomputer Double Protect Ultra - Yellow 1000ml is a yellow, ready-to-use PC coolant in a 1000 ml bottle, made for water cooling systems containing both copper and aluminum components. Electrical conductivity is reduced to a minimum, and it can be filled into the loop as-is.

What DP Ultra does
PC water cooling systems often include a multitude of materials, and DP Ultra was specially designed for applications that mix copper and aluminum. Aquacomputer formulated and thoroughly tested it for corrosion inhibition and optimum cooling performance. In Aquacomputer's words, it is the result of extensive testing, and it contains multiple specially selected components that offer optimal protection from corrosion and allow maximum cooling performance.
The active ingredients also reduce foam build-up and bubble formation in the cooling fluid. Featuring optimal flow properties, the contents optimize the heat transfer between water block surfaces and the fluid. According to Aquacomputer, the combination of these features gives your system maximum cooling performance and longevity.
Made in Germany
DP Ultra is completely made in Germany. Aquacomputer says it is manufactured following the highest quality standards, using only the best and most pure contents (absolutely pure, high-quality components). The fluid was designed by Aquacomputer in cooperation with Dr. Tobias Voigt. Aquacomputer also says it achieves great cooling performance compared to other offered ready-to-use coolants, and that it improves on flow properties with its unique contents.
The liquid is a clear, water based solution and almost completely odor-free (virtually odor free, as Aquacomputer puts it).
What the loop needs
Nothing needs to be added: the coolant is ready for use. We recommend a yearly replacement of coolant, which matches Aquacomputer's advice of an annual exchange. Notes
- The colored Double Protect Ultra fluids look darker inside the bottle than they do inside hoses. Compare the product photos to see the difference.
