The Aquacomputer Double Protect Ultra Can - Yellow 5000ml is a yellow water based coolant for PC watercooling systems, ready to use and supplied in a 5000 ml canister. Aquacomputer made it for loops which often use mixed materials like copper and aluminum, and the electric conductivity has been reduced to a minimum.

How DP Ultra protects a loop
A typical loop includes a multitude of materials, and DP Ultra has been specifically designed for those requirements. Aquacomputer says the fluid has been formulated and thoroughly tested for corrosion inhibition and optimum cooling performance. It calls DP Ultra the result of extensive tests; the fluid contains specially selected ingredients meant to give you an optimum protection against corrosion and ensure an optimum cooling performance.
Its active ingredients reduce the appearance of bubbles, so bubble formation in the cooling fluid stays low. The formula also optimizes the heat transfer between the water block surfaces and the fluid, making it ideal for use in watercooling systems, as Aquacomputer puts it.
What is in the fluid
DP Ultra is produced in Germany from high-quality, absolutely pure components. The result is a clear and virtually odor free water based solution.
What the loop needs
Nothing has to be mixed in before use: fill the coolant straight into the loop. We recommend an annual exchange of the coolant. For a smaller fill, the same yellow coolant comes as the Aquacomputer Double Protect Ultra - Yellow 1000ml (53115), and the other colors are in our colored liquid section.
Notes
- Advice: please note that the colored Double Protect Ultra fluids appear different inside the canister compared to the real usage in a loop. The yellow looks darker in the canister than in hoses; compare the second picture to see the difference.
