The Aquacomputer Conversion Kit Socket 1851/1700 for WAC Aquacomputer Cuplex Kryos NEXT Acrylic Glass Version (21880) is a CPU block retrofit kit for socket 1851 and socket 1700. It adapts an existing cuplex kryos NEXT or cuplex kryos NEXT VISION cooler to a mainboard with either socket. Please note that it is only suitable for the acrylic glass version of the block.

How the conversion works
For this purpose, the two stainless steel mounting plates on the cooler are replaced by the ones from this set, which carry the spring holders. The kit also contains the appropriate fastening material for the new socket, plus a backplate for the rear of the board.
What you need to convert it
The cooler itself is not part of the scope of delivery: the set holds only the parts required for the swap, and you convert a block you already own. For an AM4 board with the same acrylic glass block, use the socket AM5/AM4 retrofit kit (21697).
