The Alphacool Ice Thermal Pad - 11W/mK 120x20x1mm - 2 Pieces is a self-adhesive thermal pad rated at 11 W/mK, 120 x 20 mm and 1 mm thick, two pieces per pack. Alphacool gives the 120x20mm strip as suitable for a RAM cooler.

A layer of ice
Alphacool calls this its ultimate solution to cool your computer with a layer of ice, and its name for the pad is "Alphacool Eisschicht". Not frozen water but, in Alphacool's words, a sensational new thermal pad. Alphacool now lists it as the Ice Layer Thermal Pad and describes it as a layer that will freeze any chip. Alphacool says that with up to 17 W/mK the pads surpass all previously-seen thermal pads and pastes. This pad is the 11 W/mK level.
Where it goes
The Eisschicht offers all the benefits and features of a typical thermal pad: elastic, adaptable, and more. It can be used in many applications: RAM and motherboard coolers, or graphics cards and CPU coolers. Alphacool's advice is that you are well advised with it wherever board meets heatsink, so now practically all hardware components can be covered with ice easily and cleanly.
Thickness and cutting
The pads are available in three different power levels, 11, 14 and 17 W/mK, each in 0.5 mm, 1 mm and 1.5 mm thickness. That is to be able to compensate for differences in height perfectly. Likewise, any thickness is again available in 100x100mm and in this 120x20mm format. These can be cut with scissors to separate the right size, with each component individually configured.
