The Alphacool ES 19" Open Frame Serverrack 12U Adjustable Depth is an open frame 19" server rack, 12U high, with a mounting depth you can set from 59 to 104 cm. It is made of steel, stands on four wheels or on four height-adjustable feet, and takes rack devices built to the EIA/ECA-310 standard.

Mobile or stationary
Alphacool calls this rack a mobile and modular solution for server systems. Its robust steel frame offers a secure load capacity for the server units. Thanks to the included wheels, which Alphacool also names casters, it can be moved effortlessly. Four height-adjustable feet are included for stationary installation. Fastening to a base plate is also possible.
Modular
The Open Frame server rack from Alphacool is available in different sizes: 12U, 15U, 18U and 25U. Regardless of the height, the depth can be modularly adjusted at any time, anywhere in a range of 59-104cm (23 - 40.9 inches). The specified mounting holes enable easy installation of the individual rack units. Moving the rack is done with the help of wheels that are 360° rotating. The taller sizes we stock are the 15U, the 18U and the 25U rack.
Reliable stability
According to Alphacool the rack stands for durability. With its stable adjustable feet it offers a load capacity of up to 600 kg. The wheels, high-quality in Alphacool's words, are designed for a weight capacity of up to 300 kg. Alternatively, the rack can be securely attached to a base plate using the pre-drilled holes. In addition, it meets the EIA/ECA-310 standard. Alphacool says the standard ensures a universal design and compatibility with most network rack devices.
What the rack needs
The rack is assembled from its sections, rails and brackets with the screws and nuts in the box. The manual's steps start with connecting the corner and center sections, where you set the desired length, and end with mounting the casters and the leveling feet.
