The Alphacool Eiskoffer - Mandrel 16mm 90° is a bending mandrel that forms a 90° bend in tubes with a 16 mm diameter (Ø), one mandrel per pack. Its horizontal angle is freely adjustable over 180° for 3-dimensional bending.

Versions
The 90° mandrel exists in 2 versions for 3-dimensional bending, and this is the one for 16 mm tube. Select the correct version, so that it will correspond with the diameter of your selected tube: for 13 mm tube it is the Mandrel 13mm 90°.
Setting the angle
To adjust the horizontal angle, loosen the back M4 screws using a hexagon socket key, which is not included: only the mandrel is in the bag. Set the desired angle with the 1° scale and finally tighten the screws again.
