The Alphacool Eiskoffer - Mandrel 16mm 45° is a 45° bending mandrel for tubes with 16 mm Ø, one mandrel per pack. It is one of 2 versions for 3-dimensional bending in Alphacool's Eiskoffer tube bending tools: tubes with 13 or 12 mm Ø take the 13mm 45° mandrel. A 90° mandrel for the same tube is a separate part.

Setting the angle
The horizontal angle of the mandrel is freely adjustable over a range of 180°. To adjust it, loosen the M4 screws on the back using the included hexagon socket, and then set the desired angle with the 1° scale. Finally, tighten the screws again.
What a bend needs
Select the correct version, so that it will correspond with the diameter of your selected tube. Tube to match is in our 16mm hard tubing section.
