The Alphacool Eiskoffer - Arc Mandrel - Big (90352) is the big arc mandrel, a bending guide for tubes with 12, 13 or 16 mm Ø. Tubes with 13 or 12 mm Ø are bent around a 33.5 mm radius, and 16 mm tubes around a 32 mm radius. Alphacool also lists it as the circular arc feeder, large version, and one mandrel comes per pack.

Bending with it
Alphacool's instruction is: do not bend over an angle of 180°. Stay at or under that so that you can still remove the tube from the mandrel when it has cooled. The guide you need for your tube size is always aligned downwards.
What a run needs
All bending mandrels and stoppers in this range are designed for tube diameters of 12 or 13 mm and 16 mm. Tube to bend is in our 12mm OD hard tubing, 13mm OD hard tubing and 16mm OD hard tubing sections.
