A modular reservoir
Every part of the HEATKILLER Tube series can be exchanged on its own. This conversion kit is the bottom that supports a DDC pump on a Tube reservoir.
Fitting the DDC pump
Only the DDC motor (rotor and stator) is used. Take the pump body off your DDC by removing the four Torx screws in its base. With the reservoir on its side, the four M4x35 DIN956 screws on the bottom come out and free the pump cover. Set the motor with its rotor into that cover and guide the cable out through the small lateral notch. Put the O-ring back where it belongs, then screw the cover and pump onto the reservoir. Take care not to squeeze or damage the cable at any step.
What the loop needs
The pump is sold separately: see our DDC pumps. The reservoir with this base already fitted is the HEATKILLER Tube 100 DDC, also in 150 and 200 mm lengths in our tube reservoirs category.

Notes
- Drain the reservoir and take it out of the loop completely before you change the base.
- Check all seals before the first start-up. If an O-ring is squeezed or damaged, do not use the reservoir.
