Watercool HEATKILLER Tube - MultiPort Top (100039)

A replacement top with two G1/4 ports for every HEATKILLER Tube series reservoir. The Watercool HEATKILLER Tube - MultiPort Top takes the place of the standard top, is made of black POM (acetal) and comes with a 75 mm acrylic riser pipe and its fastening material.

Two more ways into the loop

With its two additional connection threads, the top offers more options for integrating the HEATKILLER® Tube expansion tank into the cooling circuit. For example, they allow the backfeed of the loop to return from the top, so the cooling medium enters the reservoir there. Connecting a fill port to the other thread is also possible.

A standpipe of the appropriate length, the 75 mm acrylic riser pipe, is included in the scope of delivery together with the necessary mounting material. The top is compatible with all expansion tanks in the HEATKILLER Tube series, so it can be used on any of our tube reservoirs from that series.

What the loop needs

Each of the two ports takes a G1/4 fitting: a fitting for the return line, or a fill port fitting. The top replaces the HEATKILLER Tube Standard Top, which is also sold on its own as a spare part.

Notes

• Drain the reservoir and take it out of the water cooling loop completely before any alteration.
• The lid of the standard top opens with a quarter turn counterclockwise; under it four M4x12 screws hold the top.
• Check all seals before start-up. If the O-rings are squeezed or damaged, the reservoir must not be used.
