Solid HEAVY backplate, CNC milled from 7mm thick aluminum for the current Intel Alder Lake LGA 1700 socket generation. The HEAVY backplate prevents base bending and therefore generates more even contact pressure for maximum cooling performance. The included 0.8mm washer mod optimizes the whole thing even further.

The insulated aluminum backplate can be easily mounted directly to the base of the Alder Lake using the integrated UNC threads. In addition, due to the thickness of the backplate, the case should have a recess in the tray in the area of ​​the base. The backplate can also be used with coolers from other manufacturers. The M4 internal threads used ensure excellent compatibility.
