Why EPDM

Watercool describes this tube as made from natural rubber (EPDM). But the best part, in its words: unlike PVC tubing, it has no plasticizers that can wash out and clog the micro fins of high performing systems. It is also compatible with a higher range of temperatures.

Tight bends, no kinks

Due to the material's high elasticity, it can be laid out in very tight bending radii. Thanks to its strength of shape, it won't kink as easily as a PVC tube does.

What the loop needs

Pair it with 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD compression fittings, one at each end of every run. Other tubes in this size are under 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD soft tubing.
