Functionality of this connector

The fitting can be used to connect 16/10 mm tubing with a G1/4 connection thread. It is angled by 45° and is rotatable, allowing easy hose routing in the system. It measures 50.2 mm in length, D22.1 mm in width and 25 mm in height.

Finish and colors

Alphacool says its fittings go new ways in looks, quality of manufacturing, colors and choice, and that the inner diameter truly deserves the "high flow" attribute. Chrome, Deep Black and Shiny Copper are the first three colors, which the maker says offer something for every taste. The matching product series are designed to look elegant in every build while highlighting the individual design of the computer. Alphacool adds that the limits are endless in combination with its own tubing. A new process during chromatising (chromating) leaves the surface finish completely connected with the brass body, hence ensuring permanent intense colors and no peeling of the chrome layer. The Alphacool name sits in blue lettering on some of the fittings, which additionally underlines the individuality of these items.

What a run needs

A tube run takes two fittings, one at each end, and each screws into a G1/4 port. Tube to match is in our 3/8" ID x 5/8" OD soft tubing section.

Notes

• Use only clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses, which can void the manufacturer's warranty.
