A socket conversion kit that makes any HEATKILLER® IV CPU water block, PRO or BASIC, compatible with the current AMD sockets AM4 and AM5. The Watercool Conversion Kit HEATKILLER® IV for AMD Processors (14072) holds two stainless steel mounting brackets and the mounting material for both sockets.

One block, a new socket
Fit the following parts to your block and it moves to AMD. All the mounting materials necessary are included in this set, so the swap can be made without buying anything else. The brackets work with Watercool's EasyMount system, which sets a defined contact pressure that follows the CPU maker's specifications.

Notes
- On AM4 the stud sits on a 4 mm plastic spacer, on AM5 on a 5 mm one; use the correct washers at the positions the drawing shows.
- A metal washer belongs between spring and mounting bracket, and an isolating plastic washer between stud and mainboard.
- Tighten the studs and knurled nuts evenly and crosswise for an even contact pressure.
