What the pad does
The Minus Pad series is Thermal Grizzly's line of high performance thermal pads. The pads consist of a very elastic and flexible surface area with very high thermal conductivity, which is what lets them keep compensating for even the smallest of gaps between components. Thermal Grizzly's data sheet names the main jobs: refurbishing graphics cards, converting a graphics card to a GPU water block, and installing M.2 SSDs. Thermal Grizzly's pad range also includes the Minus Pad Extreme V2.

What it is made of
The minus pads are made up of different constituents, based on a ceramic silicon formula complex and nano aluminum oxide. Thus they ensure a constant, optimal heat transfer while staying easy to process. Fitting needs little pressure: the lightest of touches is enough to attach them optimally. The color is pink, and this pad weighs 6 g, 13 g boxed. All pads are ecofriendly and RoHS-compliant.

The minus pads 8 are available in a variety of different sizes, 30x30mm, 120x20mm and 100x100mm, as well as in thicknesses of 0.5mm, 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm and 3mm.
