Thermal Grizzly's DeltaMate G1/4" Plug Fitting in Gloss Nickel is a flat, low profile sealing plug that can be used to block any G1/4" female ports or threaded connections. It is sold singly here; we also list it as a 6 pack, and the same plug comes in black and matte nickel.

General information
DeltaMate fittings are the water cooling connectors Thermal Grizzly designed for the individual components of a custom water cooling loop. As with the extender fittings in the range, and as expected from Thermal Grizzly quality, the plug is precisely machined from brass. Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc. It offers the advantage of being anodically compatible with other metals while being harder and more corrosion-resistant than copper. The sealing rings (O-rings) are made from EPDM (ethylene propylene diene rubber), which is highly elastic and resistant to ozone and UV radiation. The finish is a glossy nickel plating that's both premium in appearance, in Thermal Grizzly's words, and easy to clean.
Fit and installation
The robust design allows for installation using an 8mm hex key, which makes the simple plug easy to install in tight places and SFF builds. Note the maximum thread depth: 4.5mm! Every DeltaMate fitting has the same uniform, consistent outer diameter, which ensures completely seamless integration of the plug with all the other fittings in a loop.
