Fan Filters
A filter is the cheapest maintenance you will ever do on a loop. Dust that gets in settles on radiator fins, and a clogged rad loses performance quietly, without a single alarm going off. Pull a filter, rinse it, put it back.
ModMyMods ultra thin PVC dust filters are 0.45mm thick, in black, and cover 40mm, 50mm, 80mm, 120mm and 140mm openings. Thin matters here: a thick filter costs static pressure, which is exactly what you need for a dense radiator.
Phobya supplies both cut to size and ready made: the DustCover Pro comes as a 1000 x 20cm roll in black for filtering odd shaped intakes and case feet, and there are fixed 120mm filters if you just want a drop in part.
Also in here, because they mount in the same place: Alphacool and Darkside decoupling gaskets and shrouds for 120mm and 140mm fans, and the Alphacool Susurro anti noise silicone fan frame. Those cut the vibration path into the chassis rather than the dust.
