Graphic display
The VISION controller shows its data on an OLED panel of 128x64 pixels. According to Aquacomputer, the OLED technology guarantees an exceptional contrast ratio and a wide viewing angle.
Individually configurable display contents
Up to twelve display pages can show a variety of PC hardware data. Design layouts include single value screens, lists, bar graphs and charts. All texts and graphical logos may be modified to accommodate your personal preferences, and a note pad function displays short memos.
Four programmable keys and IR receiver
Each of the four device keys can either control the VISION module or send USB keyboard commands to the PC, and key functions are assigned individually for each display page. The infrared receiver works with an aquaremote (not included in delivery), which can then substitute keyboard and mouse of the PC. With a variety of third party IR remote controls, up to ten infrared codes can be programmed, each with its own function.
Integrated temperature sensor
Ambient temperature is constantly monitored by the built-in sensor, and the reading can be used for display pages. An alarm function can trigger a configurable action if an adjustable threshold is exceeded. This sensor occupies the VISION module's temperature sensor connector, so no other compatible sensor can be connected.
What you need to connect it
The unit sits on a flat surface and connects via its USB cable; the aquasuite software configures it. The VISION module also features one connector, usable alternatively for an Aqua Computer flow sensor or as an alarm output for emergency shutdown of the PC. Its aquabus interface lets an aquaero 5 or 6 exchange various sensor data with it. Additional accessories are required for both options. On the table top versions, however, mechanical limitations make it impossible to attach these further cables (aquabus, flow sensor).
aquasuite software
Activating this product gives you the current aquasuite version with an upgrade service for at least six (6) months. Afterward, you may use and reinstall the latest version released during that period without a time limit. The update service can optionally be extended or renewed at any time for a fee. Installation and activation need an internet connection; Aquacomputer's licensing pages explain the details.
Notes
- Ambient temperature range: 10 to 40 °C (noncondensing).
- Clean with a dry and soft cloth; electronic components and headers must not get in contact with coolant or water.
