The Aquacomputer VISION Touch Replacement Module (Without IR) (53244) is the VISION module assembly used as a replacement part for the VISION Touch (53235). The version sold here has no infrared receiver.

What the module does
A VISION module is Aquacomputer's multi-purpose display and monitoring controller with an integrated OLED display. Connected to a PC through USB, it is set up in the aquasuite software, which also offers visualization and logging. Once fully configured and linked to an aquaero 5 or 6 over aquabus, it runs without a USB connection. Because this version lacks an IR receiver, the manual's chapters on aquaremote control and infrared commands do not apply to it.
What you need to connect it
The USB connection goes to an internal USB header on the motherboard; check that the pin alignment matches first. For the aquabus link, the 4-pin aquabus cable (53214) is sold separately.

Notes on the aquasuite software
When you activate this product, you receive a license for the current version of the aquasuite, including an upgrade service for at least six (6) months. After the service expires, the latest version released during the period may still be used and reinstalled with no time limit. For a fee, the update service can optionally be extended or renewed at any time. Please note that an Internet connection is required for installation and activation. Notes
- Turn off the power supply completely, or unplug the mains cord, before connecting or disconnecting any cable.
- Clean it with a dry, soft cloth, and keep coolant and water away from the electronics and headers.
