The Aquacomputer Airplex Radical 4/360, Aluminum Fins (33708) is a 360 mm radiator for three fans, 73 mm thick, with aluminum fins on copper tubes and G1/4 connection threads. Measuring 400 x 140 x 73 mm, it keeps its total dimensions extremely compact in relation to the fin dimensions.

Built without welding
For the airplex radical series, Aquacomputer combines some key features from its renowned airplex modularity series in a new design, one radically reduced to function and performance. Aquacomputer says the result is a radiator of excellent quality for a competitive price. Just as with the modularity radiators, no welding is performed during production, preventing any welding residues inside. The coolant does not have contact with materials other than seals, Delrin, copper and stainless steel.
The frame is made from stainless steel, and its rear is chromated in dark gray for optical purposes.
Threaded inserts that align the fans
The radiator comes with threaded inserts made from nickel plated brass, for an improved and easier installation process. They protrude into the mounting holes of the fans, so each fan is "automatically" aligned correctly to the threads. Aquacomputer calls that extremely convenient, especially with large radiators.
Additionally, this design results in a deeper thread. The screw can therefore be positioned farther away from the tubes and fins, reducing the risk to damage the radiator by using screws that are too long. If the radiator is to be installed without fans, the inserts can also go in upside-down. That leaves a nearly flat surface, resulting in a radiator that sits flush: there is no gap between it and the PC case.
Both sides of the radiator are equipped with slide rails for the inserts, and small notches in the rails lock each insert when installed. Inserts for one side are included in delivery.

Fans for this radiator size are in our fans section. For fans on the second side, additional inserts are available separately as the threaded insets for airplex radical, 4 pieces (33559). Each G1/4 connection takes a G1/4 fitting from our fittings section.
