The Alphacool ES Pro 4U - 1 x 120 ST / 2x XPX Pro 1U / Reservoir 2U - DDC310 is a prefilled water cooling kit for 4U server racks and workstations with two processors. It combines two Eisblock XPX Pro 1U CPU coolers, a full copper radiator for one 120 mm fan and a 2U reservoir that carries the DDC310 pump. Every kit is made to order, with the tubing length cut for your server by our Mod Team. On a single socket board, the 1 x 120 ST set with one XPX Pro 1U is this kit with one block.

Cooling capacity

This setup can dissipate up to 600 W. Alphacool gives that figure for an ambient temperature of 30 °C and fans with 4000 rpm.

CPU cooler

Two Eisblock XPX Pro 1U water blocks sit on the processors, one per socket. Alphacool lists the set for the Intel sockets 2011, 2011-3, 2066, 3647, 4189 and 1700 and for AMD TR4, TR5, TRX40, sWRX8, SP3, SP6, AM4 and AM5.

Radiator

The radiator is the NexXxoS ST30 Full Copper 120mm, which takes one 120 mm fan. Alphacool relies on full copper radiators for these sets and says they offer almost twice the thermal capacity of aluminum radiators. As a result, by its account, a significantly better cooling performance is achieved, which counts due to the extreme packing density in server racks and workstations. The next radiator thickness in this size is the 1 x 120 XT set.

Reservoir

The reservoir of this set is the ES Reservoir 2U - DDC. It includes an integrated pump top and belongs to a range that is specifically adapted to the respective height unit (1U, 2U, 3U, 4U) of the server racks. In addition, all reservoirs in that range offer a variety of connection options, so the placement in the server can vary and be adapted according to your needs.

Hoses and Connectors

The kit is plumbed with TPV tubing in place of the usual PVC hoses. Alphacool says TPV withstands higher heat than basic PVC tubing, resists buckling long term and is much more kink resistant, which makes kink protection springs largely unnecessary. The connections include special locking collars for the tubing, and Alphacool credits that locking ring with their high-tensile strength. Compared to standard water cooling components, it calls them far safer, so you can feel secure and safe knowing all is secured from the start.

Pumps

A DDC310 drives this set. That pump and the DC-LT 3600 industrial pump have been on the market for years, and their longevity is why we have chosen them for these kits.

Prefilled

Like all Enterprise Solution Sets, the kit is always delivered prefilled. It does not have to be assembled or filled by you: you only have to place the system in your server rack.
