Alphacool Eisblock XPX Pro 1U (12936)

The Alphacool Eisblock XPX Pro 1U is a CPU water block for 1U server racks and cases. It mounts on AMD AM4, AM5, SP3, SP6, sTR5, sWRX8 and TR4 and on Intel LGA 1700, 1851, 2011-3, 2066, 3647 and 4189. LGA 4677 and 4710 each need a bracket that is sold separately.

Fit

Thanks to the different mounting brackets Alphacool includes with each XPX Pro Eisblock, simply select your mount and mount it. Its text offers Intel LGA 2066, Intel LGA 3647 and AMD TR4/SP3 as compatible examples, and the compatibility list above is longer. The data sheet's scope of delivery says only "mounting material". The manual shows brackets for LGA 2066 and 1700, AM4 / AM5, 3647 Narrow, 3647 Square, TR4 and LGA 4189, with a backplate. In it LGA 1851 mounts with the LGA 1700 parts, and the Threadripper chapter reads TR4 / sTRX4 / sWRX8 / SP3. It does not show SP6 or sTR5.

For LGA 4677 you need the LGA 4677 Mounting Bracket (article no.: 13764). For LGA 4710 Alphacool's page says optional and leaves the bracket unnamed. The same block for the Ampere socket is the XPX Pro 1U Ampere LGA 4926.

Optimized flow

Alphacool counts this cooler as part of the latest generation of CPU water coolers, offering you great performance. It has a large cooling surface area so that the water can flow completely over all CPU cores. For Alphacool this means even large server CPUs are no longer a problem.

Perfect fit

Alphacool's heading for the height: the cooler is suitable for all U1 (H1) racks and cases, so for a 1U server chassis. The extremely flat design also gives you the freedom you need in your system.

What the loop needs

The block has eight G1/4 threads: three inlet ports and five outlets, for what Alphacool calls versatility: versatile connectivity in almost any direction. Two take the compression fittings for your tube size, up to 18 mm in diameter, which are not in the box. The manual lists six screw plugs and a tool for the others. The loop also needs a pump and a radiator.
