Fitted to your server
Let us help you keep your server rack cool. Since server racks differ in size and in the positioning of individual components, all kits are individually adjusted for tubing length. With the Enterprise Solution Sets from Alphacool, our Mod Team can put together a server cooling kit that is specific to your setup. Contact our support team at [email protected] to provide your tubing length, any special requests and further information about your system. Get a kit, and we'll do the work for you and make it fit.
Notice: made to order
All kits are made to order, which makes lead times dependent on current product inventory. If a specific product in this kit is not available, please be aware that it could take 30 days or more to complete your kit. Our support team will keep you updated as the status of your order becomes available. For order updates, product availability or specific build inquiries, feel free to reach out to us at the same address. We are here to help.
Cooling capacity
Alphacool states that this setup can dissipate up to 400 W, at an ambient temperature of 30 °C and with a fan speed of 5000 rpm. The radiator takes two 92mm fans.
Radiator
Alphacool relies on full copper radiators for the Enterprise Solution Sets and says they offer almost twice the thermal capacity of aluminum radiators. As a result, it says, a significantly better cooling performance is achieved, which counts due to the extreme packing density in server racks and workstations. Alphacool calls the radiator the core of any water cooling system, since it is the part that carries the heat away.
Reservoir
The reservoir includes an integrated pump top and is specifically adapted to the respective height unit of the server racks (1U, 2U, 3U, 4U), here 3U. In addition, all reservoirs offer a variety of connection options, so the placement in the server can vary and be adapted according to your needs.
Hoses and Connectors
Alphacool leaves out the usual PVC hoses and uses TPV tubing, which withstands higher heat than basic PVC tubing and resists buckling long term. It describes the TPV hoses as much more kink resistant, so kink protection springs are largely unnecessary. The connections include special locking collars for the tubing, and Alphacool credits that locking ring with a high-tensile strength well above the usual water cooling fittings. Compared to standard water cooling components, you can feel secure and safe knowing all is secured from the start.
Pumps
The DC-LT 3600 industrial pump and the DDC310 pump are the two pumps of the Enterprise Solution Sets. Both have been on the market for years, and their longevity is why we have chosen them for these kits. The pump of this set is the DC-LT 3600.
Prefilled
The sets are always delivered prefilled. The set does not have to be assembled or filled: you only have to place the system in your server rack.
Other versions
The same set is also sold with an Eisbaer LT cooler, which has an integrated pump, in place of the XPX 1U block, and with two Eisblock XPX 1U blocks for two sockets.
