The Alphacool ES 2U - 1 x 80 / 2x XPX 1U / Eisstation 80 DC-LT 3600rpm is a prefilled water cooling kit for a 2U server rack or workstation. It has one 80 mm full copper radiator and two Eisblock XPX 1U CPU coolers. All kits are made to order, and each one is individually adjusted for tubing length by our Mod Team.

Cooling capacity
Alphacool states that this setup can dissipate up to 220 W at an ambient temperature of 30 °C and a fan speed of 6500 rpm.
Radiator
Alphacool relies on full copper radiators for these sets and says they offer almost twice the thermal capacity of aluminum radiators. As a result, it says, a significantly better cooling performance is achieved, which counts due to the extreme packing density in server racks and workstations.
Reservoir
The reservoir of this kit includes an integrated pump top. Alphacool builds these reservoirs specifically adapted to the respective height unit (1U, 2U, 3U, 4U) of the server racks. In addition, all reservoirs offer a variety of connection options, so the placement in the server can vary and be adapted according to your needs.
Hoses and Connectors
Alphacool leaves out the usual PVC hoses and uses TPV tubing, which withstands higher heat than basic PVC tubing and resists buckling long term. It is kink resistant enough that, according to Alphacool, kink protection springs are largely unnecessary. The connections include special locking collars for the TPV tubing, with a high-tensile strength that Alphacool puts well above the usual fittings in water cooling. Compared to standard water cooling components, Alphacool calls them far more safe, so you can feel secure knowing all is secured from the start.
Pumps
Alphacool uses only pumps that have proven their longevity. The DC-LT 3600 industrial pump and the DDC310 pump have been on the market for years, which is why we have chosen them for these kits. The pump of this kit is the DC-LT 3600 (12V DC).
Prefilled
Enterprise Solution Sets are always delivered prefilled. The set does not have to be assembled or filled: you only have to place the system in your server rack.
