The Alphacool Eiszapfen G1/4 45° Angled Rotatable Adapter Fitting - White is a 45° angle adapter for water cooling loops, one fitting per pack. It has a rotatable G1/4 external screw thread on one side and a G1/4 internal thread on the other side.

Compatibility

This 45° angle connector is mostly useful in cases where G1/4 threads are too close to one another and larger hose connections do not fit next to each other. Alphacool adds that the adapter can be rotated on the external thread for maximum flexibility. In its own name for the part Alphacool writes angled adaptor, G1/4 outer thread to G1/4 inner thread: outer and inner here mean external and internal.

Design

Alphacool calls its Eiszapfen the high-end version of the already proven connectors. By its account it meets all the requirements placed on a connector with its high-flow, shape, processing and color. Three color variants are available: brilliant chrome, deep matte black and what Alphacool calls decent matte white, and it says they fit perfectly into any system. Thanks to special processes, the coatings are firmly bonded to the substrate, which ensures a high longevity of the colors and prevents the coating from flaking off. The connector now also has the Alphacool logo, which Alphacool says makes it unique in addition to its special shape.

What the loop needs

The external thread screws into any G1/4 port, and the internal thread takes one G1/4 fitting from our fittings section.
