The Alphacool Eiszapfen 16mm Offset Fitting Rotary G1/4 OT to G1/4 IT - Black is a rotatable offset piece in black brass, one fitting per pack. It comes with one male G1/4 thread (OT) and one female G1/4 thread (IT). It screws between two G1/4 connections and has no tube connection of its own.

Integration made easy

The offset piece is very compact, and its female and male threads are the reason it can be easily integrated into any water circuit. It is simply screwed to the corresponding G1/4 connections, at any position in the circuit.

Design

The threads are short: the female one is 5 mm deep and the male one 5 mm high, respectively. Thus the body stays small, allowing for the very compact design. Alphacool calls the part an L-connector at this point and says that it can be installed very space-saving in the system. Its data sheet also lists a durable coating.

What a run needs

Alphacool gives the compatibility as G1/4 OT/IT connectors. The male thread goes into a G1/4 female thread, and the female thread takes a G1/4 male thread, for example one of our fittings, thanks to the standard size.
