The Alphacool Eisrohr 12/9mm PETG HardTube 80cm - 4pcs is clear PETG hard tube with a 12 mm outer and 9 mm inner diameter, four tubes of 80 cm per pack. PETG needs less heat to bend than PMMA.

Look and bending

Alphacool says the tube gives the user the possibility to create a very special look. Alphacool calls the tubes very strong, but says they can still be bent without great effort and are easy to fit. According to Alphacool, PETG HardTubes are probably the easiest to bend compared to those made of other materials. They require significantly less heat than PMMA HardTubes, for example. The tubes are absolutely clear, and Alphacool says they will look great in almost every water cooling loop.

What a run needs

Each end of a run takes one fitting for 12 mm outer diameter, from our 12mm OD hard tube fittings. When cutting the tubes, make sure to chamfer the edges, as sharp edges can damage the O-rings of fittings. A fine file, sandpaper or the Alphacool Strong Guy pipe and hose deburrer does it.

• Use only clear, transparent water cooling fluids. Alphacool warns that the particles and additives in pastel liquids can clog and permanently damage radiators, pumps, coolers and hoses, which can void the manufacturer's warranty.
