The Alphacool Core 240/280mm 90° Distroplate Universal Mounting Bracket is a black metal bracket set that mounts an Alphacool Core Distro Plate 240/280mm or Alphacool Core Flat Reservoir 240/280mm at a 90° angle. The set holds two small brackets, one large bracket and the screws. The larger size is the 360/420mm bracket.

Mounting
With this bracket the Distro Plate can be mounted either on the radiator or directly on to the case. Alphacool says it provides more flexibility when mounting Distro Plates, which expands the creative possibilities and increases customizability. Turned around, the bracket mounts the plate the other way, and the manual says it can be adapted to 240mm or 280mm.
What it needs
Everything for the mount is in the set. The manual has you screw in the matching screws first, slide the brackets under them and tighten both. The M3x10 screws are the ones for case panels.
