The HEATKILLER® IV PRO for Intel Xeon is a high-end waterblock for Socket 3647 processors. The block is developed completely from scratch and explicitly tailored for the requirements of this high-performance platform.
The coldplate of the HEATKILLER® IV PRO for Intel Xeon covers a Xeon's entire heatspreader and can absorb the full heatload. With 48x40mm, the cooling engine is extremely big. The flow path is perfectly optimized for the Xeon architecture and provides superior cooling performance. Rounded flow channels with high volume reduce the flow restriction.
The block provides five full-scale G1/4'' ports to integrate it into a multitude of different cooling loop layouts. For classic tower systems, there are two ports in the top which connect the block just as a standard CPU block. Thanks to its reduced height the HEATKILLER® IV PRO for Intel Xeon can also be used in 1U server systems: one inlet and two outlets in the front-facing sides of the block offer extremely compact tubing options. Thanks to its modular design, the top can be turned by 180° in the mounting bracket to place the side inlet's position flexibly. The low flow restriction makes the HEATKILLER® IV PRO for Intel Xeon perfectly suited for multi-CPU systems.
Original intel mounting material provides perfect mounting pressure.
An alternative version for Square ILM is sold separately.
For industrial customers, we also offer to manufacture the block in other material combinations. This can eliminate a corrosion risk in proprietary systems. Please contact support@watercool.de to discuss your project.
All HEATKILLER water blocks are truly "Made in Germany". We manufacture on our own machining park at Watercool's headquarter.
