A flat-base water block that suits industrial use, made from electrolytic copper, with an effective cooling surface of 40 x 40 mm. In addition to commercially available processors, other heat sources such as Peltier elements can be cooled by it. The Watercool HEATKILLER® III Industrial Line mounts through holes of 3.2 mm diameter with a hole spacing of 52 mm, and it ships without mounting material and connections.

Cooling structure
Watercool says this powerful water cooler was specifically designed for industrial applications. Thanks to its finely designed cooling structure with microfins, the waste heat is absorbed and transported away very well by the cooling medium, Watercool says. Although the cooling geometry is very complex, the flow resistance is very low. The block has a flat base and is therefore particularly suitable to be used on flat surfaces.
Maintenance and materials
The block is very maintenance-friendly: a modular design allows the cooler to be opened easily, and it is also easy to clean. Watercool makes it from high-purity electrolytic copper on a modern CNC machine park directly in Germany. All standard parts are of A2 stainless steel and the O-ring is NBR-70, with EPDM possible on request.
Watercool says these products are supported with spare parts for a particularly long time, and an availability period can be contractually fixed. If you plan to use the Industrial Line products as standard in a series application, Watercool can make customer-specific adjustments.
What you need to mount it
Mounting material and connections are not in the box. The two G¼ ports take two fittings, and the mounting holes need screws of your own for the hole spacing of 52 mm.
